An introductory seminar to help you to work with the cyclical rhythms of the menstrual cycle for physical and emotional wellbeing.
Are you curious to know more about the cyclical nature of the female body in relation to the menstrual cycle? Do you want to learn how to plan your self-care around your cycle for physical and emotional wellbeing? Perhaps you have a painful condition such as endometriosis and need support, or you’re looking for ways to have a healthier menstrual cycle for a more fulfilled and balanced life.
You are most welcome to come along to this seminar on Menstrual Cycle Awareness where I will cover the following topics:

The ‘inner seasons’ which are the four important phases of the entire menstrual cycle and how to look after ourselves during each phase.
Conditions such as PCOS, irregular periods, endometriosis, PMS or PMDD, fertility issues and how to take care of ourselves when struggling with such issues.
How our productivity, creativity, mood and even communication skills can be improved through harnessing the changing energies of the menstrual cycle.
A psychological look at the cycle and the role of the inner critic. How to come into a healthier relationship with our emotions and thoughts at the different phases in the cycle.
Womb yoga movements and poses for you to practise at home to ease pain and discomfort and lift your mood.
The importance of taking a gentle look at our ‘first period’ story: who we were and our vulnerability at that age.
There will be time at the end for a Q&A for specific questions.
